Clay Gulgong—Ceramic Highlight Down Under

The Clay Gulgong in Australia delivered what it promised: good conversations, lots of fun and an exciting competition called "The Throw Down Under at Clay Gulgong". We were supported on site by our specialised trade partner Interdec Australia, so that we were also able to present a number of our products.
The "Throw Down Under" consisted of ten sessions, which were skilfully, professionally and entertainingly presented by Keith Brymer Jones. A high-quality team competed for first place and the associated prize of a ROHDE potter's wheel.
Nicole Lötscher was ultimately crowned the winner. Otherwise, the Clay Gulgong was characterised by impressive art, tasteful ceramics and a very cosy atmosphere on the railings of Mansfield Ceramics Farm.

The visit to Paul from Interdec Australia was also very interesting. The new location, with a much larger site and corresponding premises, offers many more possibilities.
It was a fascinating trip with many wonderful impressions.
