Der Entwachs-Kammerofen KE 20/10 mit einem Volumen von 20 Litern ist ein Brennofen aus der Serie KE-EW für Temperaturen bis 1000°C.

Die Baureihe zum Ausbrennen von Wachs- und Kunststoff-Formteilen mit gesteuertem Luftwechsel vereint alle relevanten Funktionen in einem Ofen: das Ausschmelzen, das rückstandfreies Verbrennen von Formstoffen sowie das Fertigbrennen der Gießformen.

Ab dem KE 150/10 EW wird durch die präzise gesteuerte Zufuhr von vorgewärmter Luft ein gleichmäßiges Trocknen und Erwärmen der Gießformen sichergestellt und damit die Rissgefahr am Formkörpern verringert. Eine gute Wärmeverteilung während des Wachsausschmelzens ermöglicht ein Verkürzen des Brennprozesses sowie einen effizienten Energieeintrag.

Die exakte Regelung im Prozessabschnitt des Entwachsens verhindert ein unkontrolliertes Entzünden von Formstoffen, gleichzeitig werden die entstehenden Abgase sicher abtransportiert. Der spezielle Auflagerost – ausgeführt als Entnahmepalette – in Kombination mit der praktischen Auffangwanne unter dem Ofen, erlaubt ein leichtes Sammeln und Entleeren des Formstoffes.
