ROHDE presented latest news and developments in heat treatment of glass to more than 40,000 visitors at Glasstec, the world’s leading trade fair for the glass industry in Düsseldorf.
Managing Director Benjamin Rohde gives a very positive summary of the trade fair participation:
We had many interesting conversations with visitors on our stand. Personal contact and presence were very well accepted. It was evident that our products for fusing, glass casting and Pâte de-verre appealed to artisans and artists from the glass-finishing sector.
We were particularly pleased to meet the many satisfied ROHDE customers; some whom had decided to expand their production capacities and opt for another furnace.
There was a slight drop in the overall range of exhibitors in the glass-finishing sector. It remains to be seen how GLASSTEC 2018 will present this sector. At this year’s trade fair, the range of innovative solutions for or with glass was enormous - we got many good suggestions out of this interesting pool of ideas.
ROHDE will be present at the next Glasstec, from 23 to 26 October 2018 at the Düsseldorf exhibition halls.
