From the 25th to the 27th of September 2018, the Dyjákovice production plant hosted a seminar for our English-speaking specialist trade partners with almost 20 guests from Great Britain, Denmark, Finland and Australia.
We are very pleased that so many of our mostly long-standing sales partners from Europe and Australia accepted the invitation in order to find out about the production methods of our kilns and machines as well as innovations and various service work on site. On the first evening, the welcome and the first personal meeting of the participants took place in the usual familiar atmosphere of the Hotel Veltlin in Poysdorf.
The following day, participants were guided through our factory in two groups. The topics of the extensive tour included the packaging of kilns for transport, important items for delivery, replacement of heating elements, replacement of lightweight firebricks in the lid of a toploader, repair work inside a frontloader, production of heating elements and the presentation of various kiln models.
During the subsequent tour through the Neustifter winery with dinner, our partners were able to convince themselves of the good quality of the local wines and to review the day again.
On the last day of the seminar, after the company presentation "ROHDE: Building kilns since 1982 - a success story", the different series of frontloaders and toploaders were highlighted. In particular, the differences between the KE-B, KE-N and KE-S series as well as the toploaders of the TE-MCC + and TE-S series were in focus. Furthermore, the new ELS with Comfort Stop, the ROHDE app, the new ST 410-USB and ST 630 controllers were presented in more detail. Details on UK-specific products were also discussed. At the end of the seminar after the joint lunch, the certificates of participation were handed over to all local specialists.
We thank our guests for the positive feedback we received after the seminar by email and post and for the good atmosphere during the three days in our production plant.
