To celebrate the 30th anniversary of our specialised dealer MTL-Brock, many guests, employees of BOTZ glaze manufacturer and Managing Director Benjamin Rohde visited the potter’s supplier in Augsburg, Germany. The celebration also featured an extensive kiln workshop for registered seminar participants.
Ms Gehoff and Managing Director of BOTZ, Daniel Schulze-zur-Verth, provided specific knowledge of glazes during their seminar. The ROHDE seminar discussed kiln-related theory such as the different types of construction and energy, provided useful information about controller programming and answered questions from seminar participants. A Raku kiln was fired to apply theoretical knowledge and gain practical experience. We would like to thank all participants, BOTZ and MTL-Brock for holding this event.
