After a journey of 25 hours we welcomed the latest ROHDE specialist trade partner to our plant in Dyjákovice, Czech Republic.
For the last 6 months Paul Good, owner of INTERDEC AUSTRALIA, has been successfully selling our RODHE Arts and Crafts kilns in Australia. He undertook the long journey to Germany to see how our products are manufactured. His visit gave us the possibility of getting to know him personally. Paul was also able to get a detailed idea of how we manufacture our kilns.
Paul was very impressed by our kiln production and he was also able to see the final inspection and packing of two kilns that will be loaded onto containers in early February along with several others to begin their long journey to Australia.
Part of our general programme was a visit to the catacombs in Znaim (CZ) and a short stop at the University for Arts in Linz as well as a visit to the Castle at Herrenchiemsee. Before ending his visit he spent half a day with us here in Prutting.
Our guest whose country had been basking in hot summer temperatures of 43° was delighted by our typical upper Bavarian landscape in winter.
