On the first weekend in June, another fiery practical seminar took place at our partner Lehmhuus AG's premises in Aesch near Basel, Switzerland. The content of the seminar was a complete firing process from the glazing to charging and a complete reduction firing in the ROHDE TG 170 gas toploader. Jan Stoltmann, as an experienced ceramist and technician, together with Benjamin Rohde, led the 11 participants through the 3-day workshop in a very practical way.
The seminar participants came from a wide spectrum, from beginners to porcelain professionals. Jan Stoltmann perfectly complemented Benjamin Rohde’s seminar with his deep knowledge of ceramics technology.
